The Board has decided to repeal 16.23.1 NMAC, “Respiratory Care Practitioners - General Provisions”, (filed 6/6/2000) and replace it with 16.23.1 NMAC, “Respiratory Care Practitioners - General Provisions”, adopted 3/8/2022 and effective 04/21/2022.
